In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, as well as providing them with expert knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist customers in test driving vehicles, ensuring they are comfortable and confident.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
