Responsibilities

• Actively seeks out customers in and outside of dealerships.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries via CRM and phone.
• Greets customers entering the dealership and guides them through the process.
• Learn and follow OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures 100% of the time.
• Follow up with customers, set up appointments, and enter data into CRM.
• Assess customer needs and provide information based on product knowledge.
• Upsell accessories and service.
• Introduce customers to parts and service departments.
