OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. seeks a Sales Associate / Client Representative to actively engage customers, greet shoppers, and guide them through the purchasing process. You will respond to inquiries via CRM and phone, follow sales procedures, and collaborate with parts and service departments.

• Prior sales experience is preferred.

SALES ASSOCIATE / CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks out customers in and outside of dealerships.


• Promptly responds to customer inquiries through CRM and phone.


• Promptly greets all customers entering the dealership - greets with a smile, introduces oneself, shakes customers hands , and guides them through the process.


• Learns and follows OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures 100% of the time.


• Follows up with customers, sets up appointments, builds productive trusting relationships with customers, and enters into CRM.


• Assess customer needs and provides assistance and information based on their needs and product knowledge.


• Up sells accessories and service.


• Introduces customers to both parts and service departments 100% of the time.


• Completes four squares and closes deals approved by the Sales Manager.


• Completes CRM daily with no overdue / dormant events.


• Keeps showroom floor models looking perfect and updates the showroom as needed.


• Teams up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.


• Takes all required OEM and dealership sales training and maintains 100% completion.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior Sales experience preferred.


• Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.


• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills.


• Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.


• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment (all while actually ENJOYING your job!!!).
