Responsibilities

• Actively seeks out customers both in and outside of dealerships.
• Responds to customer inquiries through CRM and phone.
• Greets customers entering the dealership with a smile.
• Learns and follows OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures 100% of the time.
• Follows up with customers, sets up appointments, builds trusting relationships, and enters into CRM.
• Assesses customer needs and provides assistance and information based on product knowledge.
• Upsells accessories and service.
• Introduces customers to parts and service departments 100% of the time.
• Completes four squares and closes deals approved by the Sales Manager.
• Completes CRM daily with no overdue/dormant events.
• Keeps showroom floor models looking perfect and updates the showroom as needed.
• Teams up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Takes all required OEM and dealership sales training and maintains 100% completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Promptly responds to customer inquiries through CRM and phone.
• Promptly greets all customers entering the dealership - greets with a smile, introduces oneself, shakes customers hands, and guides them through the process.
• Learns and follows OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures 100% of the time.
• Follows up with customers, sets up appointments, builds productive trusting relationships with customers, and enters into CRM.
• Assesses customer needs and provides assistance and information based on their needs and product knowledge.
