Job summary

Mysticchamber is seeking an energetic automotive sales associate to help customers find the right vehicle. You will explain features, financing options, promotions, and conduct test drives to demonstrate value.

As part of a dealership team, you will follow up with potential buyers, maintain knowledge of inventory and pricing, and work toward closing sales while ensuring compliance with policies. Prior sales or customer service is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not necessary for consideration
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, financing options, and promotions.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to enhance customer experience.
• Follow up with potential buyers to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and competitors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
