Don-Hewlett-Auto is seeking experienced sales professionals for a Chevrolet Buick dealership in Texas. This 100% commission role requires evening and weekend hours and focuses on guiding customers through the purchase journey, presenting suitable vehicles, and coordinating a smooth delivery and handoff process.

Ideal candidates have automobile sales exposure or strong customer-service skills, with a passion for relationship-building and self-motivation in a competitive team environment.

Qualifications

• Recent automobile sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Disciplined and self-motivated.
• Energetic, team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the customer decision-making process.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of each model sold in the dealership.
• Greet and assist every showroom guest and present appropriate options.
• Lead customers through the decision-making process to select a vehicle.
• Present vehicles and coordinate with Accessories and Finance for installation and financing.
• Ensure delivery readiness and familiarize the new owner with the vehicle.
