Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commission-driven or metric-focused sales role.
• Ability to treat your desk like your own business—proactively working CRM tasks, customer follow-ups, and referral development.
• Exceptional listening skills, professional presence, and comfortable navigating modern digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell across our Chevrolet and Buick line-up with a deep inventory.
• Leverage in-house subprime financing to keep commissions.
