You will guide buyers through the entire car purchase journey, present features and ownership benefits, and help evaluate purchase or lease options while building lasting customer relationships. A strong work ethic and tech comfort are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying experience from first contact to delivery.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits.
• Assist customers in evaluating purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance to move deals forward.
