Napleton Automotive Group in the United States is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant at the River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge location. The position includes paid training, a clear path to Finance Manager, Sales Manager, or General Sales Manager roles, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering questions and helping them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, benefits and optional equipment to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand operation, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and how it benefits customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and emphasize service quality.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
