Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Richmond seeks energetic and motivated Sales Consultant, experienced or new to the industry, to turn buyers into lifetime customers. We train you to be the best, with bi-lingual skills a plus and a robust benefits package.

Expect to meet sales quotas, work a team-driven environment, and develop new business through marketing, referrals, and direct outreach. Base plus commission, with comprehensive health and retirement plans offered.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
