Job summary

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is seeking energetic and motivated sales consultants, with one year or more of automotive sales experience, to join our growing team.

We train you to be the best sales consultant with excellent customer service and a focus on turning buyers into lifelong customers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Coachable with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of product features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
