Sheehy Ford of Richmond is actively seeking energetic and motivated Sales Consultants with 1+ year of automotive sales experience to join its growing team.

You will be trained to close deals, deliver a superior customer experience, and build lifetime relationships while earning an attractive income and enjoying comprehensive benefits. If you are a people person who thrives on challenges, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
