Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team. No experience required—we train you to be the BEST sales consultant. Bilingual skills are a plus and we value diverse backgrounds, including hospitality, retail, insurance, and real estate.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry welcome; training provided.
• Energetic and outgoing 'people person' motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork to build loyalty.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and follow up to encourage repeat business.
• Develop new business through personal marketing and networking.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
