Job summary

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, part of Sheehy Auto Stores, seeks energetic and motivated Sales Consultants (experienced or new to the industry). If you have one year or more in automotive sales or related retail and hospitality, you can turn customers into lifetime buyers.

We will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant with excellent training provided. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS and we are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
