Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in Harvey, LA to facilitate the sales and finance process, deliver outstanding customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales. The role includes maintaining CRM data, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and contributing to high NPS scores.

Hourly pay is $12.00 with anticipated average annual commissions, totaling about $59,767 per year. The position requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Car Sales Experience is preferred and strongly valued.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role and state licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process and provide excellent customer service.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM output, ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Assist in photography, delivery to partner hubs, and merchandising as needed.
• Support the finance process to achieve strong PVR and NPS scores.

Job Description The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.
