Gossett Motor Cars in Memphis, TN is seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Specialist to greet customers, learn their needs, and guide them through the purchase and lease process. You will follow up with prospects by phone and email, build relationships, and help drive strong sales results.

This role offers aggressive pay with bonus potential, paid training, a solid benefits package, and a proven track record of six-figure earnings for top associates within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• Excellent follow up skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
