Job summary

Leif Johnson Ford of Manor is seeking Sales Consultants to join a team-focused culture in Manor, TX. You will learn in a structured 60-day paid training program and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, building relationships on the floor, online, and by phone.

You’ll work with the Ford lineup, incentives, and on-site support to achieve monthly sales goals, with mentorship and opportunities for career growth. No experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and listen actively.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Automotive background is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships and follow through on commitments.
