You’ll work with the Ford lineup, incentives, and on-site support to achieve monthly sales goals, with mentorship and opportunities for career growth. No experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and listen actively.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Automotive background is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone.
• Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake.
• Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot.
• Use CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with coaching support.
• Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to.
