Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is seeking Energetic and Motivated Sales Consultants. If you have 1+ year of automotive sales or retail experience and are a customer-service oriented, results-driven team player, you can join our growing Sheehy family.

Training is provided and bi-lingual skills are a plus. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, showcasing vehicles, guiding customers through the sales process, delivering vehicles, and maintaining CRM records.

Formación

• 1+ year of automotive sales or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Energetic, coachable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and close deals.
• Authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license; background check clear.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer vehicle needs through questions and listening.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process to close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer data in CRM and follow up for repeat business.
• Support personal marketing to develop new business.
• Stay informed on pricing and specs of competitive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening


• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories


• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals


• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty


• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM


• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business


• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing


• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed


• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills


• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance


• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.


• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be authorized to work in the USA


• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen


• Must have a valid driver's license
