The role includes identifying customer needs, presenting vehicles, guiding purchases, and presenting financing options in a supportive, team-based environment. Training is provided with a $20/hour rate for up to 60 days, with ongoing growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingualism preferred for customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Identify customers’ needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and guide customers through purchase.
• Handle financing discussions and present options to customers.
• Input customer information into the database and maintain meticulous records.
• Follow up by phone and email and manage communications through documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicles and processes and adhere to reporting guidelines.
