Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a driven vehicle sales consultant to sell new and used vehicles at a profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase and delivery process. Strong communication and CRM/Office skills are essential, with a focus on meeting sales goals and maintaining high CSI.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customers and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles.
• Quotes sales price including tax, trade-in, and discounts.
• Completes paperwork for vehicle sales.
• Arranges delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
