Don Ayres Acura in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant who thrives in face-to-face environments where personality and effort drive income. Automotive experience is not required; success in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles translates here.

You will engage customers quickly, ask strategic questions, present vehicles with authority, and own the customer experience from first contact to delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there – training is provided.
