Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are important.
• Comprehensive onboarding, training, mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support provided.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Explain vehicle features, options, technology, and benefits.
• Develop strong product knowledge across our selection of import and luxury vehicles.
• Create engaging, trust-based customer relationships through professional and transparent communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchase journey.
• Follow up with customers and help ensure a positive ownership experience.
• Participate in continued training and professional development to strengthen your automotive and sales knowledge.
• Utilize dealership management software and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
