McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. You will help customers select and purchase the right vehicle, build lasting relationships, and pursue new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Desire to learn, improve, and grow professionally.
• Ability to learn and use dealership management software and CRM programs.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle for their needs.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Prospect for new customers and sales opportunities.
• Explain vehicle features, options, technology, and benefits.
• Develop strong product knowledge across our selection of import and luxury vehicles.
• Create engaging, trust-based customer relationships through professional and transparent communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchase journey.
• Follow up with customers and help ensure a positive ownership experience.
• Participate in continued training and professional development to strengthen your automotive and sales knowledge.
• Utilize dealership management software and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
