CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Self-motivated to reach monthly goals, and earn award-winning customer survey metrics.
  2. Produce opportunities from daily CRM tasks (leads, phone-ups) and follow-up processes in the Business Development Center.
  3. Take ownership, and expeditethe preparation of paperwork for the Finance and Accounting Departments, at the same time, attentively preparing the vehicle through Reconditioning and Detail Departments.

REQUIRED: Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
