Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated, outgoing professionals who know how to build relationships, communicate effectively, follow up, and ask for the sale.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider strong sales professionals from other commission-based industries.

Previous experience in automotive sales, powersports, RV, furniture, wireless, retail, home improvement, real estate, or another commission-based sales environment can translate well into this position.

EARNING POTENTIAL

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating a professional and personalized buying experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
Build rapport and understand customer needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
Respond to Internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
Follow up with leads and previous customers
Maintain accurate CRM activity and customer information
Prospect for new business
Develop repeat and referral customers
Negotiate and close vehicle sales
Stay current on Ford products, promotions, and incentives
Participate in training, meetings, and dealership events
Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
