Job summary

Parkway Ford of Lexington is seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. You will assist customers in selecting the right Ford, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase with a smooth, friendly process.

No automotive experience is required; we will train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the desire to build a long-term career in automotive sales. A professional appearance and positive attitude are expected.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and wants the opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive sales. Automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with selecting the right new Ford vehicle for their needs

• Build relationships with customers from the initial visit through delivery and beyond

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
