Job summary

C. Harper Auto Group is looking for proactive Automotive Sales Consultants to build lasting client relationships and tailor product solutions. You’ll engage customers with consultative selling, demonstrate vehicles, and drive referrals in a fast-paced environment.

Two flexible pay plans offer performance-based earnings or guaranteed income during probation. Medical, retirement, PTO, disability insurance, and career growth opportunities accompany this role.

• Sales Excellence: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct: Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.
• Positive Attitude: Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team every day.

About the Role:

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan: A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.
• Protected Salary Pay Plan: Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.
