Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of KIA vehicles, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Proficient in maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronics.
• KIA certifications are required for this position.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customer focus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide service.
• Develop and execute comprehensive work plans based on diagnostics.
• Perform advanced diagnostic tests on KIA vehicles and propose solutions.
• Conduct detailed inspections of suspensions, steering, exhausts, and related systems.
• Carry out repairs or replacements on transmissions, brakes, engines, and more.
• Respond to emergencies and road-side breakdowns with field support.
• Road-test repaired vehicles to verify fixes and performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake checks.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and service records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation: Engage directly with customers to understand their vehicle issues, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
• Work Plan Preparation: Develop and execute comprehensive work plans based on thorough vehicle assessments and diagnostics.
• Diagnostic Testing: Perform advanced diagnostic tests on KIA vehicles, interpreting results to identify and propose appropriate solutions.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts, to diagnose potential problems.
• Repair and Replacement: Execute repairs or replacements on critical vehicle components, including transmissions, brakes, engines, and more.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and sudden breakdowns with field visits, providing immediate assistance to customers.
• Performance Testing: Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure issues are resolved and performance standards are met.
• Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake checks.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Advanced knowledge of KIA vehicles, electrical systems, and diesel engine mechanisms.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in using maintenance tools, repair equipment, and diesel engine diagnostic software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems and relevant electronics.
• Certifications: KIA Certifications are required for this position.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
