JEFF WYLER EASTGATE AUTO MALL in Batavia, OH is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Closer to drive deals and exceed targets. You will close sales, build rapport, and guide customers through financing options.

The role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings, a fast-paced environment, and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
