Job summary

Toyota of Glendale is seeking a Sales BDC Representative to answer calls and greet visitors, coordinate sales inquiries, and support the Sales department with clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training, strong communication skills, and a friendly, helpful attitude. Excellent writing and typing skills are required, and automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No Experience required (sales experience preferred).
• 3-6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales (Inside Sales, Telemarketing, etc) a PLUS!
• Automotive experience a PLUS!
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent writing and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail.
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
