Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and set follow-up sales appointments.
• Monitor and manage AI tool for BDC dashboards.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Follow up with leads not ready to convert or no-shows.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Execute office duties such as filing and organizing documents.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Previous experience with AI software of some capacity
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
