Ideal candidates have customer service experience and familiarity with AI software. A background check and drug screen are required, and you will use our CRM daily to manage leads and follow-ups.

• Experience with AI software is preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Monitor and manage AI tool for BDC dashboards.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Follow up with leads not ready to commit or no-shows.
• Use CRM to track and manage customer interactions.
• Perform general office duties including filing and document handling.

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Fully monitor and manage AI tool for BDC dashboards
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Office duties including filing, organizing documents and copies

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Previous experience with AI software of some capacity
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
