• Build and maintain long-term relationships with our guests, focusing on customer retention and repeat business
• Provide a low-pressure buying experience from start to finish, handle objections, negotiate, and close car deals
• Communicate with guests, management, and teammates to solve problems
• Follow up on detail-oriented tasks to ensure customer satisfaction in automotive retail
• Achieve Nissan & Subaru Certifications
