Job summary

Michael Hohl Automotive Group in Northern Nevada is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, assess their needs, and present the right vehicle options. No prior auto‑sales experience is required; we will provide thorough training.

You will conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, follow up with prospects via phone and CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to negotiate pricing and financing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward personal goals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, presenting the right options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Work with sales management to present and negotiate pricing and financing options.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and participate in ongoing product and sales training programs.
