Smithtown Kia in Saint James, MN is seeking energetic sales staff to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will nurture relationships to build a loyal clientele for life, and demonstrate vehicles with a consultative approach to help buyers find the right fit.

You will stay current on product offerings, packages, and technologies, handle demonstrations, follow up for referrals, and report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
