Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organization, and negotiation skills.
• 18+ years old due to driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership, help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and options to prospects, determine vehicle needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features to inform customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service options.
