Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or directions in the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build rapport and provide high-quality, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales per company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
