Toyota of North Miami is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join our award-winning team in South Florida. Build lasting customer relationships, learn our state-of-the-art selling process, and leverage an iPad-based system to complete sales at the customer's side.

You will become an automotive product expert, conduct high-quality demonstrations, and strategically follow up with buyers to generate referrals while upholding a professional image and a strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:
