Toyota of Deerfield Beach in Florida is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our sales team. You will handle internet and phone leads, demonstrate vehicles, and guide customers through the buying process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads.
• Prospect to database on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business.
• Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates.
