Job summary

Toyota of North Miami is seeking professional, customer-oriented sales team members to join our winning team and deliver a premium car-buying experience on a state-of-the-art selling floor. This role emphasizes building relationships, listening to customer needs, and guiding vehicle selections with expertise.

You will demonstrate new and used vehicles, follow up for referrals, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life by understanding needs and preferences.
• Be the expert on product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
• Represent the Toyota brand with a positive attitude every day.

• Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

REQUIREMENTS:
