Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles in a no-haggle environment. You will interact with hundreds of customers, guide selections, negotiate terms, and close deals while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll help drive loyalty and transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience. The role offers base pay or hourly options with commissions based on gross profit and customer service metrics, plus competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
