Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and build interest.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly.
• Assist with trade-ins and guide customers through the sales process.
• Negotiate and finalize sales in a transparent manner.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
