Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! • Nurture relationships to build a loyal clientele.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in vehicle selection through effective questioning and listening.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority, including understanding features, packages, and technologies.
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and performance reviews.
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.
• Eager to learn and improve product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
