Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience, be ambitious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed goals. Daily tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
• Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day

• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
