What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries
- Calmly de-escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
- Escalate complex interactions when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven oral and written communication skills
