Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and create customers for the dealership
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Become a vehicle expert, knowing product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow up with buyers to generate referral business
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analysis
