Job summary

Bruner Auto Family is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers at the dealership. You will guide buyers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process, delivering a high-energy, customer-centric experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include explaining features, staying informed on inventory and promotions, and collaborating with colleagues to close sales.

Qualifications

• High energy, enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales workday.
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when negotiating pricing or addressing objections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math proficiency.
• Interest in mentoring teammates and collaborating in a team setting.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience a plus.

• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options; participate in training and meetings.
