Job summary

Bruner Auto Family in Texas is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to greet customers, guide vehicle selection, and finalize purchases in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You will deliver outstanding service and help customers find the right vehicle with confidence.

Responsibilities include explaining vehicle features, maintaining knowledge of inventory and financing options, and building lasting relationships while ensuring a positive buying experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Work directly with fellow employees and customers to build lasting relationships and enhance the sales experience
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, daily activities, and sales performance
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing optionsParticipate in dealership training and sales meetings
• Provide a friendly and positive buying experience from start to finish

Requirements:

• High energy, enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when negotiating pricing or addressing objections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and math proficiency
• Interest in eventually mentoring new team members and working collaboratively in a team setting
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to submit to apre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience a plus
