Job summary

Bruner Auto Family is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, guide vehicle selection, and help close sales in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will work with staff to deliver excellent customer service, explain features and financing options, and maintain knowledge of promotions while ensuring a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiastic attitude during the sales workday.
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when negotiating pricing or addressing objections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math proficiency.
• Interest in mentoring new team members and working collaboratively in a team setting.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Work directly with fellow employees and customers to build lasting relationships and enhance the sales experience
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, daily activities, and sales performance
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Participate in dealership training and sales meetings
• Provide a friendly and positive buying experience from start to finish
